Neighboring Rights

According to most national copyright laws, labels and phonogram producers are eligible for remuneration from neighbouring rights. If there are any public appearances (for instance on TV, on the radio or at events), the remuneration will be paid to the responsible national collecting society.

The collecting societies need to have the appropriate data for your titles, in order for you to assert your claims. The preparation of the data is oftentimes troublesome or time-consuming, depending on the country it underlies different requirements.

Please follow the navigation, complete your data and release your titles to generate more revenue!

The income of the neighbouring rights are treated just like normal music sales and therefore will be billed in the same way.
